
Susan E. Mortensen represents the firm’s clients in complex commercial
litigation before state and federal trial and appellate courts, arbitration
panels, mediators and professional boards. She has also successfully written
and argued case-dispositive motions in a variety of matters, including class
action litigation.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Mortensen served as a judicial clerk
for the Honorable Deanell Reece Tacha, current Chief Judge of the United States
Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Since then, she has practiced with a highly
respected litigation law firm in Phoenix, Arizona and a large, national law
firm in Miami.
