Gabriel Groisman joined the firm in 2006, after graduating from the American University Washington College of Law. He was awarded for his work as a student-attorney at the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic where, among other things, he drafted an amicus curiae brief regarding the patentability of a medical diagnostic procedure for the Supreme Court of the United States in LabCorp v. Metabolite Corp.
Mr. Groisman also worked as a summer associate at the firm in 2005. His practice now focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.
